BC Ambulance Service (BCAS) has identified B.C.-based Helijet International as the successful proponent to provide the rotary-wing aircraft (helicopter) along with flight and maintenance personnel after a rigorous request for proposals (RFP) and evaluation process.
“Efficient and trustworthy air ambulance service is an important part of the spectrum of patient care,” said Health Services Minister Kevin Falcon. “This contractual agreement will enable BCAS to continue to provide this essential service for both patients and health authorities.”
