Paramedics to be Honoured at Richmond 911 Awards

Nominations are open for the Richmond Chamber of Commerce 911 Awards, an annual awards ceremony to publicly recognize individuals who provide 911 services to the citizens of Richmond including BC Ambulance Service, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Fire Rescue Department and Canadian Coast Guard. The awards gala will bring together members from the Richmond community to give due recognition to the men and women who go “above and beyond” in their efforts to ensure community safety.

BCAS paramedics are nominated by their peers for awards in two categories:

Ambulance Paramedic or Paramedic Crew of the Year
Recognizing an individual or crew who has demonstrated excellence through conduct or performance of duty or a positive contribution to the community.

BC Ambulance Service — Career Achievement Award
Recognizing an outstanding individual who has made a lengthy and dedicated effort to enhance safety and liveability within the City of Richmond.
