The Patient Voices Network (PVN) connects people in British Columbia with health care workers to help improve the province's health system. The Ministry of Heath funds PVN, and the BC Patient Safety & Quality Council administers it to support patient engagement.
More than 1,200 patient partners from across BC take part in PVN. An Oversight and Advisory Committee guides and co-designs PVN's operations and activities. The committee includes patient partners and an equal number of representatives from health care organizations and the Ministry of Health.
