    Please contact the Patient ​Care Quality Office (PCQO).

  • If you are a staff member wanting to report wrongdoing
    Please contact the PHSA’s Safe Reporting Office. The designated officer for PHSA (including BCEHS) is Zulie Sachedina, PHSA’s general counsel and chief legal officer.
